In 2024, three former life sciences colleagues — Serge Shnayder, Jon Simms, and Adrian Johnston — decided to go out on their own. Between them, they had spent decades inside the companies they now advise: building commercial infrastructures, leading first product launches, navigating co-promotes, and sitting in the exact seats their clients now occupy.
It started with something simple: they liked working together, and they wanted to do great work on their own terms. eqBridge was built to be that kind of firm — small enough to stay senior and close to the work, experienced enough to move fast without getting it wrong, and honest enough to tell clients the truth, even when it’s hard.
